Sunshine Building

Located on the west side of Downtown Oklahoma City, this project included the rehabilitation and tenant build-out of the iconic 1929s building along with the restoration of the iconic Sunshine Laundry sign.

After the laundry closed in the mid-1980s the building was abandoned and sat vacant for 30+ years and was without a roof for more than a decade.  But now, where broken windows, resident pigeons, trees growing out of concrete floors, graffiti-covered walls, and a rusted boat hanging from roof trusses once were, there is now vibrant activity back in the building.
