Located in the rehabilitated Sunshine Building on the west side of Downtown Oklahoma City, this brewery is now the prime tenant of a formerly 30-year vacant and dilapidated building.  The fermenters, brewery equipment, and tap room now make for a vibrant space in place of former wall graffiti, broken windows, pigeons, a rusted boat hanging from roof trusses and an 8 inch diameter tree growing out of the concrete floor.
