In 2020, Lingo partnered with the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department to update park sites and structures across the state. Quartz Mountain State Park Lodge Resort consisted of a full interior and exterior renovation of 11,000 SF of the existing Lodge; 60,000 SF, 110 room existing Hotel; 3,000 SF existing Pool and Pool House; and reinvigoration of the 70,000 SF existing Courtyard in only eight months of construction.
